Healing Is Beautiful

I once heard someone say:

"Sometimes pain is a sign of healing."

Listennnn!!!!!

I’m a witness of these very words.

When we try to avoid the painful parts of a situation…When we try to heal without God…When we become so numb that we prohibit ourselves from feeling the pain that ultimately leads to healing…

If you’ve ever somewhat studied human anatomy, you’ll find it interesting how after trauma, there’s pain, but in that pain the body actually begins a process of healing.

So even though pain is present, healing present also.

That's a word right there!!!!

Don’t try to shun the hurt.

Don’t try to avoid the pain.

Don't try to hold back the tears.

Being strong doesn’t mean that we aren’t allowed to feel pain - it just means we are mature with processing and handling it.

Let God be God - even in your pain.

Let Him heal you and make you whole.

Like I always say: The process may be ugly, but the outcome is going to be beautiful.
